  • Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are seeking MULTIPLE part time (~10 hours per week) client relationship specialists to be responsible for interacting with our clients and creating a positive customer service experience. In this position, your goal is to enhance the customer experience and grow brand awareness for Aspis.   You will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization.  You'll handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered promptly with high quality.  This position will work from our Duluth, Minnesota office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

    • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while presenting essential information when needed

    • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

    • Manage security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

    • Update appointment calendars and plan meetings/appointments

    • Run errands as authorized by management to support the operations of the office

    • Complete other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

    • Assist project and program managers as project coordinator

    • Develop reports for management

    • Use social media to respond to potential and existing clients and drive potential clients into our sales pipeline

    • Write effective blogs, articles, and press releases that result in increased client engagement

    • Support company's corporate social responsibility and community initiatives

    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Resourceful and proactive, able to deal with issues as they arise

    • Professional appearance

    • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision

    • Provide outstanding customer service

    • Make independent and sound decisions

    • Experience in an office environment

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate succinctly and with minimal direction

    • High levels of integrity and discretion

    • High school diploma

    • Must pass background investigation

    PHYSICAL DEMAND

    • Movement of hands and fingers to utilize all functions of computers and phone technology
    • Ability to sit and move
    • Ability to communicate fluently and conversationally with internal and external customers
    • Sitting or standing for approximately 8 hours per day
