The Assembler is responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of products,

including the wiring of components and sub-assemblies. This position requires the ability to follow assembly drawings and work independently to meet production schedules.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Duties:

• Assemble products to completion following electrical drawings and schematics

• Read/Interpret electrical and mechanical assembly fabrication drawings

• Work independently and follow a schedule

• Participate in shop cleanup activities

• Communicate with Shop Leads regarding quality and production schedules

• Assist coworkers with other tasks as assigned

• Operate within the requirements of an ISO 9001 Quality System

• Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with

safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality

• Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and

regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand assembly prints

• Mechanical aptitude; excel at the physical assembly of parts

• Experience in production line assembly and fine manipulation of components and

wiring.

• Advanced knowledge and working experience of handheld power tools/drills up to

highest torque 65 in-lbs

Physical Demands:

• The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or manipulate

objects, tools, keyboards or controls

• Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear

• Occasionally required to walk, sit; and may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or

crawl

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
