    Mechanical Assembler

    Location: Woodinville, WA (border of Snohomish)

    Position Summary

    We are a medical manufacturing company seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to join our assembly team. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for building and assembling mechanical and pneumatic components, subassemblies, and systems. Prior experience with pneumatics is ideal, and electronic knowledge or soldering skills are a plus. However, if you are mechanically inclined, enjoy building things, working with tools, or have experience working on cars, we encourage you to apply — we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

    • Potential to move to a 4/10 schedule once trained and established

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Follow work orders, production drawings, verbal instructions, and sample assemblies to complete assigned tasks
    • Position and align mechanical parts and components using fixtures, jigs, or other holding devices
    • Assemble components using hand tools and power tools: crimping, bolting, screwing, riveting, or press-fitting parts into place
    • Perform pneumatic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting (training provided if needed)
    • Connect hoses, fittings, and mechanical parts to ensure correct functionality of assemblies
    • Assist with basic electronic assembly tasks such as wire routing, soldering, or attaching connectors (if experienced)
    • Perform inspection and functional testing to ensure assemblies meet production specifications
    • Assemble and attach hardware such as brackets, clamps, knobs, and fasteners
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and quality standards

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • 1+ year of assembly, mechanical, pneumatic, or related hands-on experience preferred (hobby or automotive experience considered)
    • Strong mechanical aptitude — enjoys building, repairing, or working with hands-on projects
    • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production drawings, or simple schematics
    • Electronic assembly or soldering experience a plus (not required)
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Pay: $20 – $24/hour DOE
    • Benefits once hired (eligible after 90 days, on the 1st of the month):
