What You’ll Do

Assemble and wire equipment using blueprints and work instructions.

Fit and align parts to meet close tolerances.

Operate basic production equipment (presses, crimpers, riveting machines, etc.).

Build wire harnesses and assist with PCB assembly when needed.

Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

Update job status in SAP or similar systems.

Follow quality standards and safety procedures.

Support other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience.

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus).

Good communication skills and team mindset.
