About the Role:

RODI is a manufacturer of Industrial water treatment systems and controls. We are seeking someone to manage inventory, assemble controllers, and work with panel builders on panels for treatment systems.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently in the assembly process.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and technical training is a plus.

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.

Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when required.
