  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians / Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble and inspect small components and pneumatic fittings while ensuring quality and production standards are consistently met.

    This is a great opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions
    • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
    • Package finished products according to specifications
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
    • Rotate between workstations based on production needs
    • Accurately complete basic production and quality documentation
    • Identify and report quality or safety concerns to supervisors
    • Assist with training new team members as needed

    Qualifications

    • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
    • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with small parts and tools
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
    • Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment
