About the Role:

Tamarack Industries of America Inc. is looking for skilled, motivated Assemblers to join its team in Alexandria, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your attention to detail and work ethic make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work orders

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions

Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and function

Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards

Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors

Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred

Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or written assembly instructions

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills

High school diploma or GED preferred
