Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble electrical wire harnesses according to drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.

Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and connect wires and cables.

Insert wires, terminals, seals, and connectors into the correct positions.

Use hand tools, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment.

Inspect completed assemblies for proper connections, workmanship, and quality.

Perform basic electrical or continuity testing when required.

Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues.

Follow production schedules and meet daily quality and productivity goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or wire-harness experience preferred but not required.

Ability to read basic diagrams, work instructions, and measurements.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed.

Ability to distinguish wire colors and small components.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing and production environment. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow established safety procedures.
