Assembly & Operations Associate
About Us
At Lodestar Manufacturing, we believe that people come first, we stay curious, and we always finish the job. We are an innovative startup revolutionizing the firearms industry by producing personally authenticated firearms. Our mission is to combine cutting-edge technology with top-tier craftsmanship to create secure, personalized solutions for firearm owners. We are a fast-growing startup launching a new production facility. As we build our team, we’re looking for adaptable and motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our success.

The Assembly & Operations Associate will be an essential part of our production startup. In this role, you’ll begin by learning and performing assembly processes while assisting with a wide variety of operational tasks — from setting up tables and organizing materials to ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-stocked.
