Assembly Lead (Electronics Manufacturing)

Area: Batavia / East Cincinnati, OH (45103)
Shift: 1st Shift – Mon–Thurs 6:00am–3:15pm, Fri 6:00am–12:00pm

Job Summary:

• Lead daily operations within the post-SMT (surface mount) assembly cell, ensuring production and quality targets are met
• Assist supervisor with scheduling, staffing, and prioritizing production based on incoming work
• Monitor in-process production, ensuring builds are accurate, complete, and meet customer specs
• Train and support team members, driving accountability and continuous improvement
• Track production output, perform time studies, and help maintain on-time delivery goals
• Identify quality issues, scrap trends, and process inefficiencies, escalating as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote a strong team-first culture
