Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Builder to support our firearms manufacturing operations. This role focuses on assembling components on a production line while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in building consistent, high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble firearm components on a production or assembly line according to established processes

• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols

• Perform visual and basic functional inspections to ensure quality and consistency

• Maintain an organized and clean workstation

• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail

• Identify and report defects, issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors

• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall production flow

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

• Comfortable working in a repetitive, process-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs

• Must be able to pass all required background and compliance checks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in firearms, aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing

• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly fixtures

• Quality control or inspection experience

• Lean manufacturing or production line experience
