The Assembly Operator will be responsible for processing a wide variety of jobs, setup and operation of desktop equipment as needed and ensuring all products meet quality expectations. Candidates must have a keen attention to detail, professionalism in interactions with colleagues, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Physical demands include: excellent hand/eye coordination, sitting for prolonged periods of time, frequently reaching over workstation to lift & move up to 10lbs, occasionally climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to safety standards and company policies and procedures are also integral to this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain reliable punctuality with minimal absences.

Ensure products meet customer specifications by reviewing job tickets.

Achieve or exceed the hourly average target for pinning and magnets, 455 pieces per hour.

Accurately record order numbers, product details, quantities and start/stop times.

Conduct frequent inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Compensation

Starting at $15.00 - $20.00 hourly
