Assembly Tech

6am to 6pm, Mon to Fri
$22 an hour+overtime+benefits

This position is for an experienced individual with 2+ years of experience building assemblies and sub-assemblies and wiring of components. Must have experience with reading manufacturing blueprints / instructions

Duties:

• Assemble products to completion following electrical drawings and schematics
• Read/Interpret electrical and mechanical assembly fabrication drawings
• Work independently and follow a schedule
• Participate in shop cleanup activities
• Communicate with Shop Leads regarding quality and production schedules
• Assist coworkers with other tasks as assigned
• Operate within the requirements of an ISO 9001 Quality System

Requirements:

• Ability to understand assembly prints
• Mechanical aptitude; excel at the physical assembly of parts
• Experience in production line assembly and fine manipulation of components and wiring.
• Advanced knowledge and working experience of handheld power tools/drills up to highest torque 65 in-lbs
• The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or manipulate objects, tools, keyboards or controls
