Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Mechanical assembly experience
Standard Operating Procedures and process requirements experience
Visual and Mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
Experiemce using automatic and manual presses, grease guns and other assembly tools and equipment.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk around consistently thru a full work shift doing repetitive assembly tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of various mechanical components
Perform mechanical assembly of various mechanical components using automatic and manual presses, grease guns and other assembly tools and equipment.
Perform final inspection of assembled components using various inspection equipment, gages, etc.
Use computer systems and bar code scanners for lot traceability of components.
Understand production schedule and daily assembly requirements of various product lines of parts.
