**Position Description: **Morris Machine Company is currently looking for a candidate that is experienced in the manufacturing industry and has previous experience in assembly processes.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented with a good mechanical aptitude
• Competent performing assembly processes such as installing bushings, inserts, pins, honing products to specified size, grit blasting, etc.
• Adhere to all documentation including build manuals, work instructions, quality procedures, inspection sheets, and drawings as applicable to the work being performed
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition while following all safety regulations
• Team-oriented attitude
• Understanding how to interpret drawings, specifications and inspection requirements (GD&T)
• Proficient in inspection equipment (i.e. depth micrometer, calipers, height gage, etc.)
• Basic use of mathematics and geometrics
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CNC or manual machines such as lathes and mills (recommended, not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work overtime (if required)
