    Role Overview

We are hiring an Assembly Technician for the Bonney Lake, WA production floor. You will be fully trained in product assembly, and that is just the starting point. This role is intentionally built for cross-training: you will also learn machine operation and gain hands-on experience supporting the second leg of the business, a custom products line.

If you like variety, want to build real manufacturing skills across multiple product lines and equipment, and want a clear runway to grow your pay and responsibilities, this role is designed for exactly that.

    What You'll Do

    1. Assemble hardware products accurately and efficiently, following work instructions and quality standards (full training provided)
    2. Cross-train on machine operation, learning to set up, run, and monitor production equipment
    3. Support the company's custom products line, including production, finishing, and order fulfillment
    4. Perform quality checks on your own work and flag defects or issues immediately
    5. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
    6. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed
    7. Contribute ideas for improving processes, and grow with the team

    What You'll Bring

    • Reliability and a strong work ethic: you show up on time and take pride in your work
    • Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with hand and power tools
    • Willingness to learn multiple roles across assembly, machine operation, and custom production work
    • Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
    • Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to fully train you!

    Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage range: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick leave in accordance with Washington law, paid time off, and paid holidays.
