    RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Occupational Therapist at AIM, you will:

    • Shape the lives of students through the implementation of occupational therapy services using the District's school-based practice model.
    • Make a difference by maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of services provided.
    • Lead and inspire as you supervise the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and other program personnel.
    • Share your expertise through the development and delivery of in-service/training sessions for staff and families.
    • Contribute to the growth of aspiring occupational therapy students and affiliates.
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local funding requirements through meticulous documentation.
    • Uphold all necessary State licenses for the seamless execution of your duties.
    • Experience the joy of making a direct impact by traveling to multiple work locations, utilizing your personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
    • Support and empower students with physical disabilities through lifting, transferring, and positioning.
