    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team at a special education company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, coordinating meetings and events, managing communications, and handling administrative tasks to ensure that our team is able to focus on delivering high-quality special education services to our clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the education sector.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, including calendar management and email systems.
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Manage the executive team's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are organized and executed efficiently.
    • Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments as needed.
    • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of senior management.
    • Manage travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars as needed.
    • Prepare expense reports and track budgets for the executive team.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research and analysis, drafting reports, and developing presentations.
