    LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Texas Behavior Analyst (Required)
    • Driver's License (Required)
    • BCBA (Required)
    • CPR Certification (Preferred)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs
    • Provides clinical supervision, training, and support to therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
    • Conducts assessments, develops goals, creates data sheets, and materials for client programs
    • Prepares reports; maintains clinical documentation in accordance with company and industry standards
    • Serves as a liaison between the organization, community, families, therapists, health care providers, etc.

    PRIMARY DUTIES: 

    • Provide supervision to all technicians on supervisory caseloads meeting agency determined minimums to assigned clients
    • Provide direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients
    • Conduct initial intakes for assigned clients
    • Administer formal assessments as needed
    • Write programming for assigned clients
    • Implement treatment plans with fidelity
    • Collect and analyze data on an ongoing basis
    • Modify TP as needed according to the data
    • Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance
    • Maintain practice parameters within individual scope of competence
    • Work collaboratively with all team members
    • Maintain appropriate documentation according to HIPAA regulations
    • Conduct parent training sessions
    • Drive to and from client homes
