At Aspen Ridge Mental Health , we're expanding our growing assessment team and offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact in the lives of clients across Colorado. We specialize in compassionate, identity-affirming care, and we're known for delivering comprehensive psychological assessments that help clients get answers and access the services they need.
With a long waitlist and robust Medicaid and commercial insurance referrals ready for assignment, you'll be able to hit the ground running — and upon insurance credentialing, serve a broad client base with diverse needs.
Purpose-Driven Work: Help individuals across the lifespan gain clarity on ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and complex mood and behavioral concerns.
Immediate Caseload: No need to build from scratch — cases are ready for you right away (Medicaid) and post-credentialing (all others).
Team Support: Postdoctoral residents and psychometricians handle test administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best — intake, battery planning, interpretation, and feedback.
Flexible Scheduling & Work Model: Work remote, hybrid, or in-person with a weekday schedule that fits your life.

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments from intake through feedback
Create individualized testing batteries and interpret multi-source data
Write high-quality psychological reports that inform treatment planning and accommodations
Maintain thorough, timely documentation & billing
Full-Time:
✔ 30+ hours/week
✔ Minimum 3 completed assessment reports per week
Part-Time:
✔ <30 hours/week (average 10-20 depending on caseload)
✔ Minimum 2 completed assessment reports per week
Professional Support:
Admin support (scheduling, billing, credentialing)
Report templates and collaborative consultation
Supervision and peer learning opportunities (unpaid)
