    At Aspen Ridge Mental Health , we're expanding our growing assessment team and offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact in the lives of clients across Colorado. We specialize in compassionate, identity-affirming care, and we're known for delivering comprehensive psychological assessments that help clients get answers and access the services they need.

    With a long waitlist and robust Medicaid and commercial insurance referrals ready for assignment, you'll be able to hit the ground running — and upon insurance credentialing, serve a broad client base with diverse needs.

    Your Role at Aspen Ridge

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments from intake through feedback

    • Create individualized testing batteries and interpret multi-source data

    • Write high-quality psychological reports that inform treatment planning and accommodations

    • Maintain thorough, timely documentation & billing

    Schedule & Expectations

    Full-Time:
    ✔ 30+ hours/week
    ✔ Minimum 3 completed assessment reports per week

    Part-Time:
    ✔ <30 hours/week (average 10-20 depending on caseload)
    ✔ Minimum 2 completed assessment reports per week

    Qualifications

    • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program

    • Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist in Colorado

    • Solid foundation in psychological assessment; we provide training in new measures as needed

    • Reside in Colorado

    • Strong documentation and tech skills (Tebra & Google Workspace experience preferred)
