Responsibilities

We are looking for registered nurses, ready to do in-home assessments, but also to develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our patients. Patient assessments are to be completed in person every 60 days. Your role as a registered nurse is to provide Medicaid with complete and accurate assessments of our client's health and living situations. Providing a narrative of the client with a medical background enables our clients to receive the necessary help they require for a healthy and enjoyable life.

Qualifications

Must be able to provide verification of an active RN license

Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks

TB and drug screening tests

Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and automobile insurance
