    LiquiServe is seeking an Asset Coordinator to join our team! We are a commercial beverage equipment service provider that is dedicated to providing high-caliber, comprehensive beverage equipment services to our customers. We provide reactive service, preventive maintenance, and installation on any non-alcoholic commercial beverage equipment.

    Job Summary: The Asset Coordinator supports the Parts Department by tracking goods and supplies in the warehouse and managing orders to facilitate sales and services. Their duties include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products, and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

    This is a on-site full-time position with the following schedule: Monday – Friday.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times

    Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business

    Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards

    Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management

    Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count

    Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent shrinkage

    Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs

    Certified to drive a fork life

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    At least 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts-related role

    Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office or similar systems

    Ability to lift and move parts as needed, at least 50lbs

    Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Basic understanding of inventory control and tracking processes

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to organize and manage inventory effectively

    Good communication skills, both verbal and written

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems

    Previous experience in a warehouse or parts department

    Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse environment.
