    Position Summary:

    The Asset Coordinator – Fleet Assistant plays a critical role in supporting LiquiServe’s daily operations by managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles and ensuring drivers have the tools and support they need. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, vendors, and drivers.

    Responsibilities:

    Vehicle Maintenance & Support

    Track and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs

    Support drivers and managers with scheduling and resolving vehicle issues

    Coordinate rental vehicles based on maintenance schedules and operational needs

    Liaise with outside vendors for service appointments and emergency repairs

    Provide on-call emergency support for urgent fleet needs (evenings/weekends/holidays as required)

    Fleet Technology & Reporting

    Maintain and update driver records in fuel card, fleet management, and telematics systems

    Use fleet software to monitor vehicle locations, status, and driver behavior

    Analyze telematics and GPS data to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk

    Create and maintain reports that identify opportunities for cost savings in fuel, maintenance, and usage trends

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Strong organizational, communication, and logistics coordination skills

    Effective communicator with the ability to train and support field employees

    Familiarity with fleet safety standards preferred

    Experience with asset tracking or inventory management systems a plus

    Ability to travel regionally as needed

    Comfortable with fast-paced, service-driven environments

    Clean driving record required
