    Asset Delivery Lead – Linear Peptide

    Huntsville, Alabama

    We are seeking an experienced Asset Delivery Lead – Linear Peptide to provide area-level project management and delivery leadership for the Linear Peptide Phase I and Phase II enablement scope associated with a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Huntsville, Alabama. Linear Peptide Synthesis and Purification is identified as one of the specialized manufacturing capabilities at the center of this large-scale greenfield development.

    The Asset Delivery Lead will serve as the Area Project Manager, accountable for coordinating the successful delivery of Linear Peptide Phase I while ensuring that planning, infrastructure, interfaces, and execution decisions appropriately support Phase II enablement. The position will operate within an integrated Owner’s Representative/Project Management Contractor environment, providing independent oversight and proactive management from planning and design through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead area-level delivery of the Linear Peptide Phase I and Phase II enablement scope.

    Coordinate project management, engineering, controls, procurement, construction, CQ, and permitting activities.

    Manage interfaces among process systems, utilities, facilities, equipment, contractors, and adjacent project areas.

    Drive alignment of design, procurement, construction sequencing, and commissioning requirements.

    Monitor scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, risk, and contractor performance.

    Identify design and execution risks and drive timely resolution, escalation, and decision-making.

    Ensure Phase I decisions preserve required interfaces and infrastructure for future Phase II execution.

    Provide independent assessment of progress and maintain clear accountability for area delivery outcomes.

    Support operational readiness, system turnover, commissioning, qualification, and final handover.

    The successful candidate should have significant experience delivering large-scale pharmaceutical, biotechnology, API, chemical, or advanced manufacturing capital projects. Experience with complex process facilities, multidisciplinary engineering, utility integration, construction, and commissioning is strongly preferred.

    This role requires a highly collaborative project leader capable of integrating multiple disciplines and contractors while maintaining focus on safe execution, technical quality, schedule performance, and successful delivery of a complex pharmaceutical manufacturing asset.
