Asset Delivery Lead – Site & Support Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Asset Delivery Lead – Site & Support Facilities to provide area-level project management for key facilities and infrastructure supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Huntsville, Alabama. The campus includes extensive utility, logistics, laboratory, administrative, and support infrastructure and requires close coordination among multiple facilities being designed and constructed in parallel.
The Asset Delivery Lead will serve as the Area Project Manager responsible for the Visitor Center, Laboratory/Administration facilities, site development, and pipe rack scope. This position owns delivery outcomes within the assigned area and coordinates activities across all seven Owner’s Representative/PMC workstreams: project management, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction/site management, commissioning and qualification, and permitting/AHJ/community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and accountability for assigned site and support-facility assets.
Manage delivery from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.
Coordinate site development, underground infrastructure, pipe racks, facility construction, and associated utility interfaces.
Integrate activities and deliverables across all seven OR/PMC workstreams.
Manage interfaces among designers, contractors, suppliers, Lilly representatives, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor and drive performance related to safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and milestones.
Identify delivery risks, interface conflicts, and emerging issues and drive timely resolution.
Coordinate construction sequencing and ensure dependencies between site infrastructure and individual facilities are effectively managed.
Provide accurate progress assessments, forecasts, and reporting to project leadership.
The successful candidate should have significant experience delivering large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing capital projects. Experience managing site development, laboratories, administrative/support facilities, pipe racks, and multidisciplinary infrastructure is strongly preferred.
This position requires a highly collaborative project leader capable of integrating multiple workstreams, establishing accountability, resolving complex interfaces, and maintaining a strong field presence while driving safe, predictable, and high-quality project delivery.
