    We are seeking an experienced Asset Delivery Lead – Utilities to provide area-level project leadership for the Central Utility Building (CUB) and Medium Voltage (MV) E-house supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Huntsville, Alabama. The project is a large-scale greenfield development with complex utility infrastructure designed to support current operations and future expansion.

    The Asset Delivery Lead will serve as the Area Project Manager responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of assigned utility assets from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover. The position will operate as part of the Owner’s Representative/Project Management Contractor team, providing independent oversight, technical expertise, and proactive project management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead overall delivery of the Central Utility Building and MV E-house.

    Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, controls, commissioning, and qualification activities.

    Manage interfaces among designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and project stakeholders.

    Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risks, and key project milestones.

    Identify potential delivery issues and drive timely resolution and escalation.

    Verify contractor progress and support accurate project reporting.

    Ensure technical requirements, project standards, and approved design criteria are consistently implemented.

    Coordinate utility tie-ins, electrical interfaces, equipment installation, testing, and turnover activities.

    Support construction sequencing and commissioning readiness across interconnected campus systems.

    The successful candidate should have significant experience managing large-scale industrial utility, electrical, or infrastructure projects, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, chemical, or similarly complex environments. Strong knowledge of central utility systems, medium-voltage electrical distribution, E-houses, construction management, commissioning, and multidisciplinary interface management is highly desirable.

    This role requires a proactive project leader who can manage multiple contractors, resolve complex interfaces, maintain accountability, and drive safe, predictable delivery in a fast-paced capital project environment.
