    In-Person Position - Pacific Palisades ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimization, and reporting of our portfolio assets. At Westminster Capital, you will take on the responsibility of managing the company’s real estate assets while organizing company tasks and providing connectivity between asset management and accounting departments. You will be exposed to a variety of deals and asset classes that will require you to use expert organizational skills, analysis, and critical thinking. REPORTS TO: VP of Asset Management This is an in-person position - hybrid and/or remote work is not an option. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Asset Management • Assist in weekly management of 10+ real estate assets (asset classes vary). • Support due diligence and underwriting efforts related to acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual asset reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Review third-party management or service provider performance and recommend operational improvements. • Assist in market research and benchmarking to inform asset strategies. • Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance and propose actionable recommendations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset databases and documentation. Lending/Financial Analysis • Manage $12M+ private loan portfolio. • Assist in the closing of private business purpose loan investments. • Support due diligence and underwriting efforts related to loan deals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset databases and documentation. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, real estate, or a related field. • 2-8 years of work experience in asset management, lending, investment management, commercial real estate, or a related field. Compensation commensurate with years of experience. • Understanding of finance fundamentals. • Understanding of real estate fundamentals. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to process complex tasks with minimal instructions. • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. • Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with other staff members, property employees, and the Executive team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Able to adapt to changing priorities. • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. • Possess integrity and professionalism. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
