    About HCM:

Hybridge Capital Management (HCM) is a Beverly Hills-based real estate private equity firm managing a $180M+ portfolio of luxury branded residential developments, hospitality assets, and value-add multifamily investments. Our success is built on disciplined execution, entrepreneurial thinking, and creating long-term value across every stage of the investment lifecycle.

The Opportunity: This is not a traditional asset management role. Working directly alongside the firm's Principal, you'll gain hands-on experience and responsibility that professionals at larger institutional firms often don't receive until five to seven years into their careers. You'll play an active role in managing a nine-figure development pipeline, including a Marriott-branded luxury condominium project in Lake Tahoe, hospitality assets in the Southeast, and value-add multifamily investments.

We're seeking an intelligent, dependable self-starter who thrives on ownership and execution. You'll underwrite live transactions, coordinate with lenders, contractors, architects, hotel operators, attorneys, consultants, municipalities, and investors, and help oversee assets from acquisition through stabilization and disposition. There is no formal training program or checklist—we're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and consistently delivers exceptional work with minimal oversight.

    Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage performance of real estate assets across the portfolio, including financial analysis and reporting

Conduct regular property-level reviews, including cash flow analysis, NOI tracking, and variance reporting

Support acquisition and disposition processes through due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling

Collaborate with property managers, operators, and third-party vendors to drive asset performance

Prepare investor reporting, quarterly updates, and asset-level presentations for stakeholders

Identify value-add opportunities and assist in developing and executing asset business plans

Track market trends, comparable transactions, and macroeconomic factors affecting the portfolio

Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, construction financing, preferred equity raises, and recapitalizations.

Operate as a trusted extension of the principal by solving problems independently and driving projects to completion.

    Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, asset management, development, commercial real estate finance, lending, brokerage, or investment banking.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Argus

Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and investment structures

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and stakeholder reporting

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight

Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Preferred: Hospitality, construction draws, development budgets, CoStar.

What You'll Gain: This is an accelerated career opportunity. You'll gain direct exposure to acquisitions, asset management, hospitality operations, development, construction, capital markets, and investor relations while working alongside the firm's Principal. High performers will earn increasing responsibility, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation: $70,000–$105,000 base + discretionary bonus + participation upside on transactions you support.

To Apply: Please share your resume and cover letter outlining your applicable experience and career goal to recruitment@mbpartners.com. Once we have that we will coordinate next steps accordingly. We can’t wait to welcome our next Asset Manager to the HCM Team.
