    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an Experienced IT Asset Management Specialist with a strong background in ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management, proficient in tracking, lifecycle management, and compliance of physical and digital assets. Demonstrates in-depth understanding of IT hardware and software processes, ensuring optimized asset utilization, streamlined operations, and adherence to regulatory standards. Well-equipped to support evolving asset portfolio and contribute to its long-term efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    ** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):**

    • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and decommissioning through ServiceNow.
    • Maintain a centralized asset inventory, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility across physical and digital assets.
    • Develop and enforce asset management policies and procedures to support compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
    • Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams to align asset purchases with organizational needs and budget constraints.
    • Monitor and optimize asset utilization to reduce operational inefficiencies and improve cost savings.
    • Generate regular reports on asset status, performance, and compliance for internal stakeholders and auditors.
    • Coordinate software license tracking, renewals, and audits to ensure proper entitlement and avoid penalties.
    • Support strategic planning by providing insights into asset trends, lifecycle forecasts, and retirement strategies.
