Senior Asset Manager (Onsite – Los Angeles)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $200K+ base plus incentive

A privately held real estate ownership group is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee performance for a flagship mixed-use development in the heart of Los Angeles. This is a newly created position, ideal for someone with a strong financial lens and the ability to navigate a multi-operator, joint venture environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance across a major mixed-use asset (residential, retail, hospitality)
• Partner with third-party vendors, property managers, and operator teams
• Conduct profitability analysis and recommend strategies to improve returns
• Act as the primary asset-side contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Help shape future team structure as the organization scales

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in asset management, financial audit, or related functions
• Strong understanding of real estate financials, revenue modeling, and operational reporting
• Experience managing across multiple property types and operator relationships
• Ability to work independently within a complex ownership structure
• Full-time availability for onsite work in a centrally located Los Angeles office
