    Job Description

    SUMMARY:   Quality Assurance Analysts review Broker’s Price Opinions to ensure they meet our clients’ quality standards.  Working with real estate professionals across the country to construct strongly supported property valuations. The primary job function of a Quality Assurance Analyst is to thoroughly analyze each BPO to ensure its quality, accuracy and integrity. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure each BPO meets quality standards and requirements, outlined by the client.
    • Follow up on orders that did not meet quality standards.
    • Improve vendor relations through outstanding customer service.
    • Facilitate the completion of strongly supported valuations.
    • Reconcile variances in value from previous BPOs
    • Contribute positively to a team/company morale and spirit.
    • Handle details and assignments of a confidential nature.

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    A minimum of two years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry as an Appraiser, Underwriter, or Realtor.

     LANGUAGE ABILITY:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical writings.  Effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, peers, vendors and customers.  Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings. Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively.

     COMPUTER SKILLS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an advanced level of proficiency w/ MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and MS Internet Explorer 8.0 or Mozilla Firefox.
