About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations of the water-sports concession, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Support the management team in staff training and development initiatives.

Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks to guarantee a safe environment for guests.

Coordinate scheduling and staffing to optimize operational efficiency.

Engage with customers to promote services and enhance their experience.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and attract new customers.

Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in management or related field preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or management in a retail or concession environment.
