Barron Swim School provides swim lessons to children 3 months and older. We pride ourselves in teaching high quality stroke development and water safety in the St. Louis area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Barron Swim School Staff will provide our families with the highest level of customer hospitality. This position would include teaching, deck supervising, customer service, mentoring, and administrative duties—more details will be provided after applying.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep safety foremost for all families.

Participate in Leadership Meetings

Provide a high level of instruction for all levels

Smile, be welcoming, have good body language, and be outgoing

Utilize various computer programs, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Social Media, and a class management database

Take direction from mentors and leaders

Be a team player

Be a role model and lead others by your example

Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and familiarity for each child/family's needs.
