The Assistant Baker's position requires you to follow strict proprietary recipes, NbC methods and food safety standards.
Accountabilities/Duties:
Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
Accurately prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places cake pans into hot oven and monitors the baking process.
Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains baking and refrigeration logs. .
Works well with baker and being apart of a team, seeking someone who is punctual, responsible, mature, and reliable.
Pay rate will be $13.50-$15.50 once training has been completed
Paid Holidays! We pay you for all 6 holidays we close ! ( New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
15-20 hrs weekly hours range from 8am-9am to 3pm-4pm, Part-time
