About the Role:

Join the vibrant team at New Gneration Bakery as an Assistant Baker/Packager! In this role, you will play a key part in creating delicious baked goods that our community loves, while ensuring that every product is perfectly packaged and ready for our customers.

Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cookies.

Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes and standards.

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.

Package finished products efficiently and accurately for sale.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary experience is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
