Marketing & Events Assistant Manager Nothing Bundt Cakes – Hilltop, Virginia Beach

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Assistant Manager to help us build community connections and spread joy through our delicious Bundt Cakes! This role supports our local marketing and event efforts while also assisting in the bakery as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the Hilltop bakery at community events, vendor shows, and local business visits

Plan and complete marketing routes, donation deliveries, and brand outreach

Assist in coordinating and executing bakery-sponsored and external events

Support in-bakery operations during high-volume days or as needed

Maintain marketing records and log activities using our internal tracking tools

Schedule & Requirements:

Primarily Monday–Friday hours, with flexibility for evenings/weekends based on event needs

Valid driver’s license required

Company vehicle provided for work-related driving

Occasional bakery shifts may be assigned based on business needs

Strong communication skills and a polished, guest-focused demeanor required
