The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Bakery Manager assists in directing the team and day-to-day operations. This is an essential role in our bakery, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth back-of-house production, maintaining a positive and fun work environment, monitoring staffing, and inventory control. We take pride in baking the highest quality cakes, while providing our guests with a warm, welcoming environment and superior service. Education & Certifications Requirements:

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have ServSafe Food Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Work Availability:

Must have flexibility to work during peak holiday periods leading up to major holidays. Must have at least 30-40 hours of weekly availability during bakery operating hours.

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise owner/operator and not to Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate. Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.
