Key Responsibilities:

Support the Bakery Manager with day-to-day operations

Lead and motivate team members to meet performance and quality standards

Ensure consistent presentation and quality of all products

Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues as needed

Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and scheduling

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bakery environment

Train and coach staff to ensure adherence to company standards

Qualifications:

1+ year of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed
