    You’ll start part-time and be trained into a system that’s been refined over decades—with the expectation that you’ll grow into a full-time leadership role over the next 6–12 months.

    This is steady, meaningful work that requires focus, consistency, and ownership.

    What You’ll Be Doing (to Start)

    • Accounts payable and vendor communication
    • Daily cash balancing and reconciliation
    • End-of-day reporting
    • Identifying and resolving discrepancies

    Over time, you’ll take on broader responsibility across the financial side of the business.

    • Bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks Desktop proficiency
    • A natural eye for detail—you notice when something doesn’t add up

    Compensation & Perks
