We specialize in car accident cases and are seeking a qualified applicant to join our Pre-Litigation Department as a Assistant Case Manager. If have experience with personal injury law and want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.

Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer.

Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients.

Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus.

Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
