With 40 years of experience producing memorable events, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Catering & Events Manager to help lead our on-site and off-site events with energy, professionalism, and top-tier customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and execute daily events both at our facility and at off-site venues
Lead and manage event staff, ensuring smooth service and on-time execution
Serve as a main point of contact for clients during scheduled events, handling requests and changes with confidence
Work alongside culinary and operations teams to deliver high-quality service
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance during all stages of events
Troubleshoot issues on the fly to keep events running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ year of event coordination or catering management experience (preferred) ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ✅ Driver’s license required for off-site event travel ✅ Flexible availability – including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
