Responsibilities: Sauce & Dressing Preparation • Honey mustard, horseradish, onion ring sauce • Chipotle ranch, sriracha ketchup • Beer cheese salad dressings Prep & Misc Tasks • Bread crumbs • Prep homemade desserts • Portion burgers • Assist with soup production • Cook rice Protein Prep & Cooking • Cook: pasta, bacon, roast beef, turkey • Chicken: trimming, portioning, prepping for cheesesteaks, chicken parm, handling scraps • Cook turkey stock, clams Meat & Cheese Slicing • Roast beef, turkey, ham, corned beef • Irish cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, provolone, beer cheese Salad Production • House salads • Romaine • Coleslaw • Potato salad Qualifications: • Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred • Ability to multitask and work in a clean/organized environment • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn • Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Serve Safe Certification Preferred Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
