❤️ What You'll Do

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:

Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines

Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning experiences

Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, and classroom transitions

Build positive relationships with children and families

Support developmentally appropriate learning experiences and curriculum

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom

Work collaboratively with our teaching team

🌱 What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Caring, patient, dependable, and energetic

A positive team player

Comfortable working with children of varying ages

Willing to learn and grow in the field of Early Childhood Education

Reliable and committed to providing quality care

Able to meet Michigan child care licensing requirements

Previous child care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
