About the Role:

Mama Megan's Childcare LLC in Juliette, GA is looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Assistant Childcare Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans

Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment

Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth throughout the day

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and play areas

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and child progress

Follow all childcare regulations, safety protocols, and center policies

Assist with feeding, nap time, and daily routines as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred

Genuine passion for child development and early childhood education

Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
