Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Assistant Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office staff, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to the clinical director maintaining high clinical quality standards for all clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage caseloads for Case Managers
Managing Assigned Caseload
Provide behavioral support for patients in an interdisciplinary treatment setting
Assist with coordination of care for patients as needed
Contribute to company reports
Maintain an organized filing system
Assist with peer review calls and insurance appeals
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or counseling with fully independent license (i.e. LCSW/LPC)
Minimum of 2 years working in mental/ behavior health field.
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
