Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fair Oaks, CA, for an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator. In this position, the Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator will assist in managing and conducting clinical research studies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating patient visits and informed consent processes, ensuring compliance with research protocols, preparing regulatory submissions, and supporting study data collection. The role involves close interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and research sponsors to facilitate trial operations effectively. Ideal for candidates looking to deepen their hands-on research experience and grow into a lead coordinator role.
Qualifications 1–2 years of clinical research experience or Medical Assisting experience Knowledge of clinical trials and clinical research processes Familiarity with research documentation and regulatory compliance Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Phlebotomy skills preferred
