Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Account Manager in the following:
Manage daily tasks including but not limited to policy changes, audits, invoicing, premium breakdowns, certificates of insurance, ID Cards and responding to policy inquiries.
Policy review and update all files in AMS as needed (e.g. AMS360 applications - do not rely on download)
Pull documents from select companies websites. (e.g. renewals and endorsements)
Process payments for commercial clients when needed
Review Suspense items on a daily basis

New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License (Or Equivalent State of Domicile License)
