    Position Overview

    The Assistant Community Manager supports daily operations across a high-volume property of approximately 260+ units. This role requires strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Resident relations including inquiries, concerns, notices, and general communication
    • Rent collections and delinquency follow up
    • Touring units and supporting leasing activity
    • Processing applications, move ins, and move outs
    • Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with the onsite team
    • Conducting property inspections and documenting findings
    • Supporting the Community Manager with administrative and operational tasks
    • Traveling between multiple properties throughout the day as needed

    Required Experience

    • Prior property management experience
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
    • Comfortable handling challenging situations with patience and clarity
    • Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
