Established Pittsburgh based real estate company looking for a front desk/concierge/administrative support for operations and community management of a high-end condominium located in downtown Pittsburgh. This is a great entry level position for someone interested in community or property management. We are a small, closely held company offering the services and expertise of our larger competitors with a tradition of impeccable service, innovative projects and high-quality properties.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Excellent personal, communication and customer service skills
Residential property management or hospitality industry experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Yardi and Word Press a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks and assignments simultaneously
Excellent organizational, verbal, written and communication skills
Timeliness, attention to detail and organization
Willingness to work to meet deadlines effectively
Available on an as needed basis to respond to emergencies
Primary Duties:
Serve as front line ambassador to residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service.
Administer Association website
Vendor management and invoice approval
Perform weekly common area and property inspections for maintenance issues
Assist residents with concerns and provide concierge type services as requested.
Responsible for general administrative and community management support to Community Manager.
