Construction Assistant Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $60k-$80k

Konik is partnered with a growing curtainwall and glazing company who is adding an Assistant Project Manager for commercial projects

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure projects of all sizes are completed on time and on budget
• Assist in analyzing curtainwall specifications to determine design qualifications
• Assist in the drafting process with shop drawing reviews and submittals
• Perform project close outs and assist Project Managers in project duties

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (or equivalent technical training)
• 2+ years of project management experience in curtainwall/glazing (will consider less for strong candidates).
• Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational skills
